HOW TOORDER
1Complete the Form
Complete the shipping form and provide all required information. We use these details to arrange your shipment and calculate service costs.
2Pay
Pay before the payment deadline. Once payment is received, we will process your order.
3Send Your Plants
Send your plants to our address, and we will take care of the rest. Your plants will be shipped to your customer.
PLANTTREATMENT
Inspection
The first and most important step is a thorough check of the plants you plan to ship. We make sure they are free from pests, disease, and damage before further processing.
Cleaning
Plants are cleaned with a mixture of water and H2O2 to clean both sides of the leaves. The roots are then checked and cleaned of remaining growing media. We make sure the roots are healthy and free from rot and fungus.
Soaking
Plants go through two soaking stages: The first uses an insecticide solution to help eliminate pests or microorganisms that may remain after inspection. Plants are soaked for approximately 10–15 minutes. The second uses a Vitamin B1 solution for 10–15 minutes to help reduce plant stress, especially around the roots.
Drying
After soaking, plants are dried in a dedicated room with fans and a dehumidifier for a faster, more effective drying process.
Species-Appropriate Packing
Each plant is packed according to its type to keep it safe during shipping. Roots are generally wrapped in damp sphagnum moss and plastic to retain moisture. Leaves and plants are protected with wrapping paper and dacron against impact during transit.
Shipping to the Overseas Hub
Plants are first sent to our overseas hub in a consolidated cargo shipment.
Shipping to Your Customer
Once the cargo reaches the destination country, we manage the process until the plants reach your customer. This includes import administration, repacking, and last-mile delivery. We also send the tracking number when the package is dispatched to the customer.

- • Payment Deadline: The latest date to pay your PlantEx invoice. Shipments cannot be processed when payment is received after this date.
- • PlantEx Receiving Deadline: The latest date plants can arrive at the PlantEx location. Shipments cannot be processed when plants arrive after this date.
- • Departure Date: The date the plant package departs from PlantEx.

Terms of Use
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using PlantEx services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
PlantEx Services: We provide ornamental plant export services internationally, including inspection, treatment, specialized packing, overseas hub shipping, and last-mile delivery to your customers.
User Responsibilities: You must provide accurate and complete information about the plants, sender address, and recipient address. Plants sent to our hub must be healthy and arrive before the stated shipping deadline.
Payment: Services are processed only after full payment is received before the payment deadline stated for each schedule.
Service Refusal: PlantEx may refuse plants that do not meet our health standards during inspection to protect the overall cargo.
Privacy Policy
Information Collection: We collect personal information you provide during registration and order creation, including your name, email address, phone number, and physical address.
Use of Information: We use your information to process shipments, provide tracking updates, handle billing, and communicate with you about our services.
Data Security: We apply security standards to protect personal information from unauthorized access. Shipping data is shared only with essential third parties, such as cargo partners and last-mile carriers, to complete the service.
Data Retention: We retain your data for as long as needed for legal and administrative purposes, in accordance with applicable law.
For the default landing experience, PlantEx may use the approximate country supplied by Cloudflare IP geolocation. This estimate only selects the initial audience and language; PlantEx does not request GPS access or store raw IP addresses for this feature.
